As of 5/13/2019 the latest version of Microsoft Edge contains a bug that causes certain things to not be displayed correctly.  This is most notable in dropdown lists in the application. Currently there is no fix for this and it is advised to use a different browser.

This is an internal error with the application that will need to be investigated.  Please contact Support.

The application is primarily designed for desktop devices.  Mobile devices are supported to some degree and improvements will be made in the future.

This is likely due to a web browser issue. The application is optimized for modern web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.  It is highly recommended that you use one of these browsers if possible

This is usually means that for some reason the application cannot look up a given Worker's information.  Please contact Support if this happens.

Position Budgeting security requires that administrators be granted access to specific workstations and/or adlocs they are authorized to budget for. If you need access to additional workstation(s), please contact Support.

Costing allocations are submitted to Workday by a System Administrator close to the end of the current fiscal year.  After this is completed, if your costing allocations do not appear correct in Workday, please contact Support.

Access to the application is set up through SSO. To request the Central Administrator role, please see the SSO Help web site. To request the Department Administrator role for your Adloc(s), please contact your institution's Central Administrator(s).

The Position Budgeting application is designed to work on all common browsers. It is primarily tested on Windows, with Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
We have experienced unexplained slow-downs with Internet Explorer; therefore, we recommend using Chrome and Firefox whenever possible.
