How are salaried employee earnings calculated for half/partial months

When a salaried employee works a half month in either the beginning month of their Annual Work Period (starting on day 16) or the ending month of their Annual Work Period (ending on day 15), the earnings are calculated at 50% of the full month rate. In any other month, the earnings are determined by “number of days worked” divided by “total number of working days in the month”.
