Why can’t I see a specific account when editing costing allocations in the application?

Ensure the account is in Workday

The application will only display active accounts that are in Workday.  Ensure the account you’re looking for is in Workday.

Wait for the nightly data refresh

The list of accounts in the application is refreshed from Workday on a nightly basis.  If the account was added to Workday within the past day, please wait one full working day for the account to appear in the application.
