Version 1.4.2 – Compliance Report Update

New Automated Compliance Reports

In an effort to enhance oversight and monitoring of the T&E certification process, two new reports will be put into production in the SSO Time and Effort System.

Time and Effort – Not Certified Report: (Effective date: August 9, 2014)
- The Time and Effort – Not Certified Report allows for enhanced monitoring and oversight during the 45 day certification period.
- The Time and Effort – Not Certified Report will be distributed three times during the 45 day certification period, day 25, 35 and 45. The two 45 day certification periods are January 15 – February 28 and July 15 – August 28.
- Report recipients: Central and Department Administrators with update access to the Time and Effort application and Department Heads.
- Reports will be distributed electronically via e-mail from the SSO system.
Time and Effort – Out of Compliance Report: (Effective date: July 1, 2014)
- The Time and Effort – Out of Compliance Report allows for monthly monitoring and oversight of effort documents that were not certified during the 45 day certification period.
- The Time and Effort – Out of Compliance Report will be distributed at the first of each month.
- Report recipients: Central and Department Administrators with update access to the Time and Effort application and Department Heads.
- Reports will be distributed electronically via e-mail from the SSO system.

Day 1	Effort Certification Period Opens January 15 *(certification of Fall effort)* July 15 *(certification of Spring effort)* Notification emails are sent every Monday to employees who have items in their inbox that require attention or action. Certifier Confirmer Department Administrator If an effort document is *rejected,* an email notification is sent to the department and central administrators at the time the event occurs.
