- Account History : Changes in FAMIS account attributes since 2015 are now available. From the Certificate document page, under the Compensated Effort for the Certification Period section, click on the blue Details button to bring up the account details page. From there note that there is a new blue button labeled Account History, which will open a new page displaying the changes to the account over time. Additionally, for Central Admins, there is a dedicated report entitled Account History that will display the same information.
- Display of ‘TE Required’ Flag : On the Certificate Document Details page, under the section Payroll Detail for Account, a new column has been added entitled Requires Certification, having values of True or False, reflecting the value of this flag for payroll records imported from FAMIS.
- Display of ‘FAMIS ISN’ Value : On the Certificate Document Details page, under the section Payroll Detail for Account, a new column has been added entitled FAMIS ISN. This value is a unique indicator of a single payroll record within FAMIS, and can be use to confidently find the identical payroll record in FAMIS.
