What does the Self Certification setting Self Certify denied due to legacy status in the pre-Workday database mean?

This Self Certification setting means that the employee’s Self Certification status was overridden to No in BPP prior to December, 2017.

If you change the setting to “PI Eligible” in Time & Effort now, the employee will be allowed to self-certify per his/her certification document(s), per the employee’s PI Eligible setting, which is managed in Maestro.
