Certification Out of Compliance Reports

If you receive an Out of Compliance Report in your e-mail inbox the following information may be helpful to you.

What

Out of Compliance Report is a report of employees who have not certified their T&E document(s) within 45 days of the Effort Certification Period Opening.

Why

The A&M System must to be in compliance with government requirements in order to receive the proper grants / funds.

When

Reports are sent after 45 days on non-compliance on the 1st of every month.

Who

Reports are sent to Deans, Central Administrators, Department Admins, and Department Heads and every 3rd month to System Member CROs.

  • Deans and Department Heads are defined in FAMIS
  • Central and Department Administrators with Update access only
  • CROs are defined in the “Time and Effort System Member CROs” SSO Contact Type
