Employee

Every employee of the TAMU System is assigned the Employee role.  This Single Sign On (SSO) role allows access to system web applications such as Workday, Canopy, TrainTraq, and many others, via the SSO Main Menu.

While using the Employee role, the user has read only access to information about their managers, their roles in other SSO web applications and logs of actions related to their SSO access.

The Employee role also provides update access to the employee’s SSO Profile including their email address and SSO Secret Question and Answer.  The Employee role will also allow the user to display or hide some applications from the main menu.
