Automatic Role Removal

SSO provides the means for assigning administrative roles in many of the A&M System’s web applications.

In addition to the regularly-scheduled role review process, the roles assigned to non-active employees will be automatically removed.

A partial list of impacted SSO applications includes, but is not limited to:

  • SSO
  • Time & Effort
  • TrainTraq
  • HRConnect
  • UIN Manager
  • UIN SEARCH
  • File Depot
  • Other apps using SSO roles

Administrative security roles will be removed 7 days after an employee’s termination or retirement date.

Note that if a former employee is hired as a contract or contingent worker after terminating or retiring, his/her administrative security roles will not be removed as part of this process.
