MicroStrategy Implementation
The Texas A&M University System has selected MicroStrategy as our new reporting and analytics tool. The Enterprise Data Warehouse team is excited to support and implement this tool in coordination with our colleagues in the Office of Information Technology and with subject matter experts across The A&M System.
Phase I
July 2023 – January 2024
- Install MicroStrategy product
- EDW team education
- Build prototype (HCM Dashboard)
- Demonstrate functionality to executive stakeholders
Phase II
February 2024 – May 2024
- Publish curated reports and dashboards
- Configure customized security
- Training for advanced report writers
Phase III
June 2024 +
- Training for all dashboard consumers and report writers
- Configure automatic report delivery
