UIN Search

The UIN Database has UINs of Individuals that have or had an affiliation with a system member, including prospective and current students workers. The Search function allows for searching for existing UINs based upon limited knowledge.

  • Social Security Number
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of birth

Assigning multiple UINs to an individual causes data integrity issues for other applications and extra work for administrators of HR, payroll, student, and other IT systems.  Because the SSN is a significant identifier for a person, always include it when searching for an existing UIN.

Use diligence when searching for existing UINs.

The search will return individuals that might be possible matches based upon one or more of the provided data elements. After a thorough search, it is possible to choose or create a UIN.
