Version 5.3 of Single Sign On adds support for the new employee statuses: Fellows, Non-Employees, Military Leave Dependents, and Terminated Non-Employees.
Enhancements
Employee records designated as Non-Employee, Fellows, or Military Leave Dependent are considered active in the context of SSO. They will therefore appear in the search results of “Active Only” employee searches.
Non-Employees and Fellows can be managers of employees. Authorized employees with either of these statuses may also assign managers to employees.
Passwords will expire for Non-Employees and Fellows, but will not expire for Military Leave Dependents
Military Leave Dependents will not be required to setup two-factor authentication.
Military Leave Dependents will not have access to Concur nor Maestro from their SSO Menu.
Inactive Non-Employees will be denied access to SSO.
The “Employees with Roles” report will show Fellows, Military Leave Dependents, and Non-Employees when the report is filtered for active employees.
The “Role by Application” report will indicate that Fellows, Military Leave Dependents, and Non-Employees are active.
The “Central Admin Roles by Workstation and Employee” report will indicate Fellows, Military Leave Dependents, Non-Employees, and Uin Base records as active and also filter on them correctly.
