The Position Budgeting application is secured by SSO roles. These roles impact what features the user can access as well as what data the user sees. Users can be assigned one or more roles as needed.

Central Admin
Central Admins have access to data based on the Workstations selected in their SSO role configuration.
The Central Admin role for Position Budgeting can only be assigned by someone who has the Central Admin role for Single Sign On.
Central Admins can also assign the Department Admin role to other users.
Department Admin
Department Admins have access to data based on the Adlocs selected in their SSO role configuration.
System Admin
System Admins have access to all data in the application and can operate Administration functions in the application.
