Positions

Position data is sourced from Workday one time on a specified date according to the Position Budgeting schedule.

These include all Filled and Vacant positions with Staff, Faculty, and Graduate Assistant employee types.

New positions can be created in the application for budgeting purposes.

Costing Allocations

Costing Allocation data is sourced from Workday one time on a specified date according to the Position Budgeting schedule.

These include all costing allocations for positions mentioned in the Positions section.

In order for Workday costing allocation intervals to be included in the application, they must either be open-ended or start after the beginning of the budgeted fiscal year.

Accounts (TAMUS Cost Centers)

Account data is sourced from Workday on a daily basis.

Workers

Worker data is sourced from Workday on a daily basis.

This data includes all workers regardless of current employment status.

Job Profile

Job Profile data is sourced from Workday on a daily basis.

Work Periods

Annual work period data is sourced from Workday one time on a specified date according to the Position Budgeting schedule.
