How do I correct a problem with the data elements of a UIN?

UINs are given to all employees of and many students within the A&M System. In addition, UINs are given to some outside consultants, visiting staff, and other individuals associated with the A&M System.

Many problems with students UIN data such as spelling errors in the person’s name, an incorrect birth date, etc., can be performed in UIN Manager by an administrator with the Update role.

Problems with key employee data must be corrected in Workday, the A&M System’s system of record for employee data.
