TRS TEAM Implementation Schedule

October 10th – TEXNET deposit for Employment after Retirement is due.

October 6th – TEXNET deposit for Regular Payroll is due.

October 3rd – Reports will be published to File Depot for upload to the TRS TEAM Portal.

October 2nd – The TRS TEAM RE Portal reporting system is scheduled to go-live on October 2nd. User IDs and temporary passwords for Web Administrators will be issued after the launch of the RE Portal by TRS.

September 28th – September Month End will run.

We are planning on sending you Temp BPP SSN’s after each payroll, to allow TRS Temp ID’s to be assigned throughout the month to prepare for the Month End Transmissions.

September 15th – TRAQS submissions disabled at 5 PM. View Employee Information available until September 30th.

Aug 1st, 2017 – A List of TAMUS ORP Employees was submitted to TRS. TRS will use this list to initialize their database for ORP Employees.
