The following defects and changes were addressed starting with the November 2019 reports.
- The date of birth reported on the payroll report (RP20) file was not consistent with the employee data (ED) report. Previous to this change, the date of birth used for the RP reports was being source from the payroll detail tables. In rare cases when the date of birth is updated in Workday after initial entry, the payroll detail may not have the most current date of birth. The RP report process has been changed to obtain the date of birth from the latest employee data received from the FAMIS to Workday integration.
- Agrilife (A&M System member numbers 06 and 07) now use a new rule for charge codes ‘4’ and ‘5’ that will have more funds allocated to the Federal Employer Payment amounts. The percentage changed from 3.75 to 5.0 percent of covered earnings. The change actually occurs in the Workday to Payroll integration, but is reflected in the TRS team integration.
- The RP25 Hours Worked True Up File was mistakenly sending the middle initial for the suffix, so the middle initial was being sent twice. The File was modified to correctly send the suffix.
