Fiscal Year 2021 Enhancements

February 2021 Reporting – There was a problem with ED45’s being incorrectly generated in regards to setting the TRS Eligibility flag.   In Workday, when a person terms the TRS Rate is being set to zero, which cause TRS TEAM to incorrectly report a change in the TRS Eligibility flag.  This has been fixed in time for the March 2021 reporting, TRS TEAM will now go back in time before the Term date was populated to determine the TRS Rate at this point.

September 2020 Reporting – There was a problem with  Adjunct Faculty not being reported correctly on the ED40 and ED45.   This problem has been fixed and the flag for Adjunct Faculty should now be set correctly.   A person’s title code is used both to identify the TRS Position Code and to determine if the person is Adjunct Faculty.   The TRS TEAM process at this point bases position code from payroll title codes or the same position codes reported on the RP20 records.   The TRS Category contains the position code 01,02,03,AF..
