Will Working Retirees be included in the Demographic or Payroll Transmission ?

No, TRS Working Retirees are reported in the Employment after Retirement Report (ER).     Individuals reported on this file/report are not to be included on the Employee Demographic (ED) or Payroll (RP) Reports.

However, if a person is an ORP Working Retiree they will be include in the Demographic Transmission.

If there is a situation where a person becomes a working retiree in the middle of the month, an exception report is created noting retiree’s with a regular TRS deduction
