Report to Identify Wage Employees that are Potentially TRS Eligible / Adjunct Faculty

The report is available in BusinessObjects in the following public folder:
TAMUS Publications > “EDW00143 – SGIP/TRS Eligibility”

It uses hours worked from Pay History to flag non-benefit-eligible employees approaching the threshold;

Adjunct Faculty – Non Wage

The employee shows up on a report for the Benefit Partners to run and identify “Employees No longer eligible for TRS.” The benefit partner would then turn off the coverage in Workday, if appropriate.

Additionally, CHG04793 was released June 2021.  It now sends an alert to Benefit Partners when an employee has lost eligibility for TRS or ORP.

The solution is for the benefit partner to do a Benefit Event (type = “TRS”) to turn off the coverage if no longer TRS eligible.
