The A&M System TRS Team integration is currently unable to handle the condition of a TRS Reporting Entity (RE) having no working retirees.
As a work-around, if a A&M System RE has not working retirees, a file will be created with an invalid employee/retiree. The TRS Team processor should simply delete this record in TRS Team, or not submit the working retiree file.
