How is Gross Compensation adjusted due to county agent and Part 50 funding

Currently only workstation s ‘X’ and ‘P’ will have their Gross Compensation adjusted due to county agent and Part 50 Funding.

Earnings Codes are used to identify those with county funds.   Those with Earnings codes that relate to county founds will have their TRS Covered Earning Amount used for Gross Salary.

Prior to Workday the following was done.

If a persons TRS Covered earnings amounts is greater than their source gross pay and longevity  then the TRS Covered earnings amount is used for the gross salary.
