How do I add or modify contacts for TRS TEAM notifications?

You must have the Contact Admin role for your workstation within SSO.  If you are unsure who your workstation’s SSO Contact admin is, email support@tamus.edu.    Once you have obtained the ‘Cont Admin’ role, login to SSO and select the ‘Cont Admin’ tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  Enter ‘TRS’ in the ‘Contact Type’ search field.   Select the ‘Contacts’ button.  Search the desired workstation from the list below or use the ‘Filter By’ option at the top of the screen.   To update the workstation contact information select the ‘Details’ button and then the ‘Edit’ button.  This contact list is used by the A&M System Offices to distribute emails and meeting notifications related to TRS TEAM.   We encourage each member to list, at a minimum, the TRS workstation contact and the TEXNET deposit contact at their member.
