TAMUS has seen this error when on RP25 adjustments were created for periods prior to 9/1/2017. Since the adjustment refers to a period prior to TRS Team launch – the TRS Team system does not have the original detail record to adjust.
Cause of error
TAMUS believes this is a TRS Team defect. However, it appears that TRS has corrected this error.
Work around
No work around is required at this time.
