TAMUS is seeing this error on the RP25 adjustment records. Even though the days worked is not being adjusted, TRS at times seems to require the zero days reason code.
Cause of error
TRS acknowledges this as a system defect.
Work around
Blank out the Zero days reason code on the RP25 record in the TRS portal.
Action by TAMUS System Enterprise Applications
A&M System IT staff will monitor changes made by TRS and may change the values sent on the RP25 record to better provide what TRS team requires.
