HR User accounts in Guardian I-9 are maintained by each member I-9 Administrator at the request and approval of the Authorized Security Requesters (ASR).
Monthly Role Review
The Authorized Role Reviewer (ARR) regularly audits the Guardian I-9 HR User accounts to ensure that the assigned permissions are appropriate. Member institutions must regularly review which of their employees have what roles (privileges) in the various SSO applications, and update those roles to reflect departures or transfers. The member I-9 Administrator can access a report in Guardian I-9 called Audit-Active HR Users and Admin Flag. This report lists the active users with either Full Featured HR or Location Manager user accounts and the permissions and privileges for the member location. The member I-9 Administrator will notify the Application Security Officer (ASO) at their location once the review has been completed. The member I-9 administrator will edit or retire user accounts in Guardian I-9 as determined necessary.
