FAQs

If you don't know the vendor's full 11-digit TIN number, contact your Support contact. If your support contact is unavailable, searching by vendor name is an available option (if allowed by your member's verification policies).

If you've searched for a vendor using their official State of Texas TIN number and no result was found, the vendor is not on a hold list and you may proceed with your purchase.
