2017 and Earlier Tax Documents will be Removed from HRConnect on June 30, 2024
This notice was emailed to all registered current and former employees during March, 2024.
Per State of Texas and A&M System document retention rules, W-2, W2-C, 1042-S and 1095-C documents for tax years 2017 and earlier will be removed from HRConnect, the A&M System’s legacy human resources portal.
W-2 documents for tax years 2018 and later are available in Workday and 1042-S documents are available from your institution’s or agency’s tax office.
If you need documents from 2017 or earlier, please log into Single Sign On before June 30, 2024 and use HRConnect to download them.
