Version 2.2 of HRConnect includes the new Dependents screen with dependent SSN entry, the display messaging system, and a minor change to a veteran status option.
The Dependents screen contains the following dependent information: name, relationship, birth date, UIN, whether or not they’re a tobacco user, and whether or not there is an SSN on file for them. There is also a “Supply SSN” button for those dependents whose SSN is not on file.
The display messaging system regularly posts messages about recent paystubs for all employees and now also includes acknowledgeable messages for select employees.
The “Other Protected Veteran” status option was changed to “Active Duty / Campaign Badge”
