With little fanfare, the pilot release of HRConnect 2.0.0 was rolled out on May 16th, 2013 to a limited group of departments at several member institutions.
Most employee-centric function found in the legacy HRConnect application were included in the release, however, a few features have not yet been completed or are waiting on other systems to implement complementary functionality.
The functions missing from the pilot release include:
- Accounting System Direct Deposit updates
- Net Pay Estimator
- Max. Contribution Limit Estimator
- Savings/Annuity Calculators
- HRConnect System Messages
Future releases are already being planned to implement these functions as well as the administrative side of the HRConnect application (currently known as HRC Admin).
