Change Photo for Your Employee

This job aid outlines the process for an HR Partner or Manager to change their Employee’s or Contingent Worker’s photo in Workday.

Prerequisites

The Employee or the Contingent Worker must have an active Workday account.

Important Information

The photo needs to be work appropriate.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to the Employee’s Worker Profile.
  2. Select the Action button and then select Personal Data > Edit Photo.

  3. Drag or upload a file from your computer by dropping it into the box or by selecting the Select files button.

  4. In the Change Photo window, crop, pan, and zoom the image, as needed.The Change your Photo window showing a sample image
  5. Select OK.
  6. Enter any comments as needed.
  7. Select Submit.The submit button at the bottom of the page

This completes the Change Photo process.
