Benefits
- Passive Event Updated to Exclude Future Enrollments — The Optional Retirement Program (ORP) Passive Event will exclude employees with a future ORP Enrollment
- Do Not Reprocess Future Events on ORP Events has been Enabled — Benefit events will no longer reprocess upon the completion of an ORP benefit event
- Updated Report:
- Employees Becoming Benefit Eligible — Now includes the following fields: Preferred Benefit Start Date Option, Enrollment Type, Enrollment Effective Date, Enrollment Status
- New Report:
- Pay Frequency Benefit Event Needed — Returns Employees who may need a pay frequency benefit event based on their most recent staffing event
Compensation
- New Validation in Request Compensation Change BP — No longer allows Base Pay changes for Allowance Adjustment reason
- New Tabs on Compensation Profile Menu — The Employee’s worker profile now has a Bonus & One-Time Payments tab under Compensation
Payroll
- Edit to Earning Code: Childcare Reimbursement — The existing Childcare Reimbursement Earning is renamed to Dependent Care Reimbursement/Allowance and available to use as a One Time Payment or Allowance
- Additional Support for Year End W2 State Processing — The Internal Revenue System (IRS) W2 file integration now includes North and South Carolina specific state layouts for automatic processing
- Reports Shared with Budget Contact:
- Audit – Worker Compensation and Default Compensation — Returns compensation information for vacant and filled positions so Budget Services can review this with the budget detail in FAMIS
- Compensation Allowances with Annual Work Period — Returns positions with allowance plans in prompted organization including annual work period, allowance plan details, worker position earning costings
- Compensation Changes Report — Returns compensation change events for Employees in specified date range, organizations, and/or workflow states
- Pay Calculation Results for a Period — Returns payroll results, positions and costing allocations for employees in specified organizations and pay periods
- Time Tracking Details — Returns time tracking information for all active employees
Staffing
- Updated Link in Onboarding Documents — The onboarding Review Document step Review Required New Employee Notices has been updated with a new Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) document link
- Validation to Legal and Preferred Name Change — The Legal Name and Preferred Name BPs now allow only alphabetic characters, apostrophes (’), hyphens (-), and spaces
- Approver and Validations added to Flexible Work Arrangements BPs
- Request Flexible Work Arrangement business process now includes an approval step to Chief Executive Approver
- Request Flexible Work Arrangement and End Flexible Work Arrangement business processes can now be used for specific work arrangement types based on member selection
- Initiating Roles in Flexible Work Arrangement BPs — The Request Flexible Work Arrangement and End Flexible Work Arrangement processes can now be initiated by Employee, Manager or HR Partner
- Address Usage Types and Validations for Contact Change Information for Primary Work Address — Now include usage types for Primary Work Station and Remote Work Location supporting Flexible Work Arrangements
- Modify Permissions for Editing Web Address — The Contact Change BP now allows edits to a worker’s Web Address for HR Partner and Employee as Self roles
- “Use Primary Home” Checkbox in Contact Change Information BP — The checkbox “Use Primary Home Address as Work Address” in the Work Contact Information Alternate Work Location section can no longer be selected
- Automated Data Feed for Staffing BPs — Staffing events now include a data feed with employment status information for members selecting to use the integration service
- Updated Reports:
- Home and Work Contact Information — Updated for better performance and no longer displays fields ADLOC, Pay Group, or Is Retiree
- View Open Positions and View All Positions — Added “Hiring Restrictions – Position Worker Type” field to both reports
- Business Process Transactions of Type Awaiting Action — Now includes additional details of the event and provides users with additional prompt options
- Pending Exit Survey — Terminated Employees’ Exit Surveys will be mass advanced to completion after 30 days from their termination date on a daily basis
- Exit Survey Responses — Now displays the Terminee’s company at the time of termination
- New Hire/Promotion/Transfer Within 6 Months — Now includes Employee outbound Supervisory Organization, Job Profile, and Position details
- New Reports:
- Employee Work Contact Address Information — Returns Employee work addresses and usages to support Flexible Work Arrangement functionality
- Audit – Supervisory Organization Structure — Returns all supervisory organizations with the option to filter for mismatched companies, organizations with zero headcount, organizations with no superior, and/or organizations with a blank name/code. Available to HR Partner, HR Contact, and Organization Partner; this report replaces the following deleted reports:
- Supervisory Organization Missing Name/Code
- Supervisory Organization with Mismatched Company with Superior Organization
- Audit – Supervisory Organizations with no Superior
- Empty Supervisory Organizations
