Some trainings are associated with Payment Information. You will see the Payment Option section appear during the registration process of any class that has a fee.<\/p>\n

To add Payment Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select the blue Add New<\/strong> button. \"Highlights<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The Payment Option<\/strong> dialog box appears.\n
      \n
    1. Choose Payment Type<\/strong>: FAMIS<\/strong> or TAMUS<\/strong>.\n
        \n
      1. Note: Either FAMIS or TAMUS account numbers are accepted as payment. Account numbers that have been used in the past will be listed as payment options whenever you register in the future. If you have never entered an account number in TrainTraq, you will be prompted to enter one. Please check with your supervisor or department business office for the account number. Note that if the course does not have a fee associated with it, you will not see the payment information area.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Enter your department expense account number.<\/li>\n
      3. Name your payment option in the Payment Option Name<\/strong> This will make it easier to organize multiple accounts.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the Save<\/strong> button to save your payment information.\u00a0\"Payment<\/a> \"Payment<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. You will now be able to select your newly created account under the Payment Options<\/strong> section.\u00a0\"Operation<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To remove a Payment Account:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Select the Home<\/strong> tab. \"where<\/a><\/li>\n
        2. Under the Overview<\/strong> subtab, click the name of any course or section you are registered for. \"The<\/a><\/li>\n
        3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Payment Info<\/strong> section where you can add, remove, or save account information. Select the Remove<\/strong> Note:<\/em> Selecting remove will Remove<\/strong> the payment information for the account selected in the drop-down menu. \"Payment<\/a><\/em><\/li>\n

            If no sections are currently open for registration or you’re unsure which one you can attend, you can add yourself to the course waitlist. When on the course waitlist, you will be notified via email if a new section is created and when a seat becomes available in any section in the course. Note that the auto enroll feature is not available for the course waitlist.<\/p>\n

            To join the course waitlist:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            1. Select the Course Catalog<\/strong> tab. \"The<\/a><\/li>\n
            2. Search for the course you\u2019d like to join the waitlist for. For more information on how to search for a course, view the Searching for and Selecting a Course for Employees<\/a>. \"Search<\/a><\/li>\n
            3. Find the desired course from the search listing. \"Course<\/a><\/li>\n
            4. The Course Details<\/strong> page appears. Click the Add to Course Waitlist<\/strong> button. \"The<\/a><\/li>\n
            5. Confirm that you would like to be added to the course waitlist by selecting Yes<\/strong>. \"Confirmation<\/a><\/li>\n
            6. The Course Waitlist page appears. The Employee and Course Details are automatically populated. \"Course<\/a><\/li>\n
            7. If the course has fees associated with it, you will need to enter or select an account number. Note: Either FAMIS or TAMUS account numbers are accepted as payment. If you have never entered an account number in TrainTraq, you will be prompted to enter one. Please check with your supervisor or department business office for the account number.                 If a section roster is full, you can add yourself to the section waitlist.<\/p>\n

                To join the waitlist for a section:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. Click the Find Classroom Training<\/strong> tab. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\"Find<\/a><\/li>\n
                2. Search for the section you\u2019d like to join the waitlist for. \"Use<\/a><\/li>\n
                3. Find the desired training from the course listing. Select the course name. \"Seat<\/a><\/li>\n
                4. Click on the Add to Waitlist<\/strong> button. \"Add<\/a><\/li>\n
                5. The Section Waitlist page appears.\n
                    \n
                  1. If auto enroll has been enabled for this section, you can choose to be auto enrolled by checking the box. The Auto Enroll feature will automatically enroll the first person on the waitlist who has enabled Auto Enrolled and then registered for the Section. If you become registered for a section via Auto Enroll, you will receive an email with the information telling you that you\u2019re enrolled. If you choose to not use Auto Enroll, you will receive an email when a seat becomes available in the section, but the seat may be taken by the time you go to register.<\/li>\n
                  2. If the section has fees associated with it, you will need to enter an account number or choose one you have used before. For more information, review Adding and Removing Payment Information<\/a>. \"highlights<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  3. When you are finished filling out the information, select the green Finish <\/strong>button to be added to the Section Waitlist. \"Finish<\/a><\/li>\n
