If an employee is still receiving assignments after you remove it, they are likely in an employee group or groups used for automated training assignments. You can check their Employee Group Membership on the Employee Dashboard page.
The Group Description is visible on the Employee Dashboard, which lists all groups for which an employee is a member. Figure 1 shows an example of an Employee Dashboard for an employee who is in a biosafety-related group. In this example, the Group Description contains a description of the purpose of the group and a contact email. To make the assignments stop, contact the owner of the employee group and request they be removed from the group. Once you’ve verified the employee is removed from the group, you can remove the assignment.
