Legacy System Applications

The Texas A&M University System transitioned its HR and Payroll system to Workday in December 2017.  As a result, the support websites for legacy application systems no longer in use are no longer updated.

Legacy applications that were retired include iBenefits, LeaveTraq, Monthly Payroll and TimeTraq.

Employees
Please access Workday to check your benefits, manage time off, check your pay or enter time worked.

Have questions about your benefits, leave balances or payroll? Please contact your department administrator.

  • iBenefits – Visit the System Benefits Administration site or the Benefits worklet on your Workday Home page
  • LeaveTraq – Search Workday Services Help site or visit the Time Off worklet on your Workday Home page
  • Monthly Payroll – Search the Workday Services Help site or visit the Pay worklet on your Workday Home page
  • TimeTraq – Search the Workday Services Help site or visit the Time and Absence worklet on your Workday Home page

Administrators
If you have questions about a process that used to be completed in one of the retired legacy application systems, visit the Workday Services Help website.

If you need data from one of the retired legacy applications to answer employee, retiree, or administrative questions or you need information to respond to an audit request, please contact System Enterprise Applications support. All historical data has been preserved and can be obtained on request.
