A&M System Shared Services

The Texas A&M University System’s Office of Information Technology is proud to service the payroll, human resources, accounting and financial needs of the members of the A&M System. We are constantly striving to improve our level of service. Please let us know how we can better meet your needs.

Attention Employees: To get help with your individual finance, payroll and human resources situation, please speak to your department and/or member finance, payroll and/or HR contacts.

Contracts

A&M System-wide Contracts In Place

 A&M System-wide Contracts Under Development

  • Interfolio is a self-service web database program that allows faculty (or staff) to use the Internet to maintain their teaching, research, and service records; TAMU and PVAMU already have member agreements with Interfolio; this opt-in system-wide contract now enters the contract negotiation and implementation planning phase
  • Qualtrics provides feedback from customers, employees, and students; the System Offices has agreed to a system-wide agreement starting September 1; details to come
  • GoReact is a software tool to provide feedback on student videos; the system-wide agreement is nearly finalized

Collaboration

Collaboration tools are available to all A&M System members. Please contact your institution or agency IT department for information about these tools.

Cybersecurity

In order to stay ahead of existing and emerging threats, we must actively monitor our information assets. These include networks, webshares, websites, student information, e-mail and many other pieces of information that are important to The Texas A&M University System and its partners. Please contact the A&M System CISO for more information.
