Kristin McCarty is a Software Application Developer for the Office of Information Technology. She is primarily the Financial Systems modernization project workstream lead for flat file conversion and is a member of several other workstreams.
For Kristin, the large amount of work required for the project and little time to get it all done has been a challenge. Despite this, she believes the project has experienced great project and is on schedule to go live in November of 2022.
Kristin looks forward to seeing everyone on the project team continue to pull together to achieve one goal. She believes that with project completion and movement into Phase 3 modernization, the most significant benefit for our end users will be the Financial Systems’ longevity without the need to learn a new application.
