Progress on the Financial Systems Modernization project continued with the project teams completing all milestones set for June 30 and building a detailed cut-over plan in preparation for go-live beginning on November 18, 2022. Users completed another round of User Acceptance Testing this month, with 53 participants over the three days of this last round and 118 participants over all five rounds of testing. System performance / response time work was also completed.
Change management initiatives continued this month with the development of TrainTraq courses for users to prepare for go-live, continued updates to the project website, presentations to CFOs and CIOs, plans for virtual town halls, connectivity validation and site visits with A&M System members.
Progress on the Annual Financial Report project continued in July, with a pilot project involving a few members scheduled for the August kick-off. Data load for fiscal year (FY) 2021 was completed, and data validation is in progress, and data load for FY 2022 is in progress.
