How do I fix my Num Lock settings or keyboard number pad for UAT?
To adjust your keyboard settings: Open a FAMIS session. In the FAMIS menu, click Options > Edit Session Profile. Under Categories, expand Keyboard. Select General and make any necessary adjustments. Click OK to save your new settings.

How do I adjust the FAMIS copy / paste options for UAT FAMIS?
To adjust your FAMIS copy or paste settings: Open a FAMIS session. In the FAMIS menu, click Options > Edit Session Profile. Under Categories, expand Edit. Select either Paste or Cut/Copy and make any necessary adjustments. Click OK to save the new settings.

How do I request a Laserfiche report?
To request Laserfiche reports during UAT periods, please send an email with the following information to FAMIS-UAT@tamus.edu: Subject: UAT-Laserfiche #FAMISUAT in the body of the email. Requested reports FAMIS Support will download and email the reports to you.

How do I view UAT FAMIS reports in Laserfiche?
In some FAMIS UAT rounds, some users could not access the UAT FAMIS Laserfiche repository. If you need to view reports in Laserfiche during future UAT periods, you must request them from FAMIS Support and they will be emailed to you. See How do I request a Laserfiche report?

Is it OK to access UAT FAMIS before the next round of testing begins?
Yes! Please feel free to access and test the system. If you test the system outside the scheduled rounds, please fill out and send the daily “end of day” report at https://tamusofficeofit.iad1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eRKXXlJX9R5Fy5M. I keep getting a message saying “Logon attempt/invalid username or password” when attempting to log on to UAT – Canopy. What am I doing wrong?
Instead of entering your UIN and password, use the Campus or Agency Logon. If you can’t find your member on the screen, please select TAMU NetID and use your TAMU NetID and password to log in.

How do I find UAT Canopy?
Go to https://sso-test.tamus.edu. After logging on to SSO Test, select UAT – Canopy. Be sure to choose the UAT platform of each application.

When will I get trained on OneStream?
Official training dates have not yet been set, but training sessions for the Members are expected to occur after the FY 2022 AFR season.

What will change for me to create my AFR Reports?
This project is implementing a new financial reporting tool called OneStream which will be used to generate the AFR reports. FAMIS data will be loaded to OneStream by the System Office for each System Member. Each Member will then work with SOBA in OneStream to reconcile and consolidate the reports.
