Leave administrators should familiarize themselves with all the information in the key concepts section of the online documentation.
LeaveTraq uses the roles of Departmental Administrators and Central Administrators. The only difference in the functions between these two types of administrators is scope.
- Departmental Administrators can view records and perform actions only on an employee in one of their ADLOC(s).
- Central Administrators can view records and perform actions for any employee in the agency.
In addition, there are two (2) separate Administrator access levels:
- The first has complete update capability for the employees in their purview.
- The second administrator type is a Reader only role. These administrators only have inquiry capability into the employee records they can access. These administrators will see the same tabs as the “regular” administrators, but will not be able to perform any update functions.
