Due to an incompatibility between Google Chrome and Microsoft’s AJAX Control Toolkit, it is sometimes necessary to clear Chrome’s cache of recently visited pages.
For a quick solution, you can force Chrome to ignore its cache and refresh the current page by shift-clicking the browser’s Refresh button, as shown:
If this doesn’t work or to simply clear Chrome’s entire cache, you can also click Chrome’s Options button and choose “Tools”, then “Clear browsing data…”
Chrome will display the Clear Browsing Data window. From here, make sure the “Empty the cache” option is checked, then click “Clear browsing data”:
Finally, click Chrome’s Refresh button to refresh iBenefits.
