- PCTs will resume Tuesday, September 1, 2026, after payroll encumbrances are posted for FY2027.
- Because of how payroll posting dates line up in October, we may need to adjust the PCT lockout period by a few days.<\/li><\/ul>\n

- PCTs can still be created and approved, but they will not post until November.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 3270\/Screen 6 Fix\n

- A recent update inadvertently made the map code field protected when creating accounts in 3270. This bug was resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- As a workaround, users could create SL accounts in FAMIS<\/strong>web using the SL create page or by cloning an existing SL account from the Actions menu on the SL-SA attributes page.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- On July 1, 2026, a year-to-date file was loaded into FAMIS to update asset and room information. The initial load resulted in 40,187 updates to asset and room records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- FAMIS now sends daily update files to maintain synchronization between systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- FAMIS currently returns files containing the current room and asset location data to Radiant, enabling ongoing alignment of location and asset information across both platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Maintenance options: <\/strong>SL-SA maintenance has been updated to improve account attribute maintenance and selection behavior. These updates help users complete account-related work with more consistent controls and clearer field behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Transfer Departmental Property (TDP) from asset records: <\/strong>Eligible users can now start a TDP document from Asset overview (all components) when the asset record supports that action<\/em>, reducing the need to reenter asset information in a separate workflow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Asset transactions by batch: <\/strong>Provides a clearer view of asset transaction activity by batch, making it easier to review related transactions together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- TDP:<\/strong> Search results, filtering behavior and asset linking have been refined to provide more reliable access to transfer information and associated assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Search experiences across FAMIS<\/strong>web<\/em> have been updated to provide more reliable filtering, clearer search guidance and improved movement between related records. Users can spend less time re-searching and more time reviewing information once it has been located.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Customer create:<\/strong> Customer create and edit pages have been refined with clearer messages, improved validation guidance and more consistent workflow behavior. Users will experience a smoother process when creating, maintaining and reviewing customer records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Account maintenance:<\/strong> General ledger (GL) and subsidiary ledger (SL) maintenance pages have been updated with clearer validation messaging, improved person selection tools and more consistent account setup behavior. These enhancements help users complete account maintenance activities with fewer interruptions and clearer guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- TDP asset selection:<\/strong> Improvements to asset search and filtering within TDP workflows provide a more consistent and reliable experience when locating assets for transfer actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
