Emburse was not sending the CorpID, and FAMIS had no way to determine Due To \/ Due From balances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">These will need to be handled manually as they are discovered by coordinating with the other member and SOBA to request the equity transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"High_Radius-Autonomous_Receivables\"><\/span>High Radius-Autonomous Receivables<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">We are now testing integrations in the TEST environment for TEES, AgriLife Research, AgriLife Extension, Tarleton and TTI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Radiant_RFID_Asset_Management_and_Tracking_Software\"><\/span>Radiant RFID (Asset Management and Tracking Software)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">We are working to get the TBAU059 available in PROD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TeamDynamix\"><\/span>TeamDynamix<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">FAMIS Production will be moving to TeamDynamix (TDX).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">User emails will get responses from TDX as they do for FAMIS Support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Users will still send emails to <a href=\"mailto:famisprod@tamus.edu\">famisprod@tamus.edu<\/a>, but these emails will now create tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FAMIS\"><\/span>FAMIS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\"><strong>Batch Open \/ Close issue<\/strong>: We pushed a change to PROD last week that should have helped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Fiscal year-end training is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 1:30 PM\u20133:30 PM.\u00a0 A Teams meeting invitation will be shared later this summer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Due to the way payroll posting dates are aligning for October, we may need to push back the PCT lockout period by a few days. PCTs will still be able to be created and approved, but <strong>won&#8217;t post until November<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FAMISweb\"><\/span>FAMIS<em>web<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Release 1.8 was launched on June 4, 2026. In addition, users can now navigate more directly from asset-related views to detailed asset information, reducing the need to search for records again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documents and Approvals (TDP)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-right:30px;margin-left:30px\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-right:30px;margin-left:30px\"><strong>Transfer Departmental Property (TDP) Workflow: FAMIS<\/strong><em>web<\/em> now supports TDP documents, introducing a complete workflow for creating, reviewing, routing and searching TDP records. This new functionality allows users to initiate and track property transfers within <strong>FAMIS<\/strong><em>web<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\"><strong>New Pages:<\/strong> Several new pages support the TDP process, providing a full lifecycle view of departmental property transfers with improved visibility into document status and routing activity.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">TDP Search<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">TDP Create<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">TDP Document view<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Routing document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-right:30px;margin-left:30px\"><strong>TDP Usability and Validation<\/strong>: Improvements across TDP pages provide clearer validation, better field guidance and more consistent behavior when creating and editing records. Users will notice more helpful messaging and improved handling of required fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Attributes (SL)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-left:30px\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\"><strong>Navigation from GL Overview<\/strong>: Users can now create a new SL account directly from the GL Overview page, simplifying navigation and reducing the number of steps required to begin account setup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receivables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-right:30px;margin-left:30px\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-right:30px;margin-left:30px\"><strong>Customer View<\/strong>: A new Customer View page provides improved access to customer information within the Receivables area. As this volume is causing issues (e.g., timeouts during autoimport, failed imports, etc.), we are archiving all batches older than 18 months.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\"><strong><em>Note<\/em><\/strong>: If a replacement check is needed from an archived batch, please create a manual check and enter it into FAMIS as a replacement check (Screen 191).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Laserfiche\"><\/span>Laserfiche<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">We have completed renaming Concur to Travelandexpense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Emburse\"><\/span>Emburse<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Initiating pilot testing (by TAMU Shared Services) on Non-Travel Employee Reimbursements. We are continuing the second implementation in the build phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Radiant_RFID_Asset_Inventory_Tracking\"><\/span>Radiant RFID (Asset Inventory \/ Tracking)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Testing and work continue on the Radiant integration, alongside Asset Management development in <strong>FAMIS<\/strong><em>web<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">We are working on the API in our Test environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"E-Office_Training\"><\/span>E-Office Training<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">Training was held on April 20, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\">All Security Administrators and E-Office Managers and Delegates were included in the invitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FAMIS\"><\/span>FAMIS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-left:30px\"><strong>Customer Management: <\/strong>We have identified issues with FAMIS Screen 621, Transfer Invoice to New Customer, as we develop the new <strong>FAMIS<\/strong><em>web <\/em>application. Specifically, customer transfers are not being reflected accurately in <strong>FAMIS<\/strong><em>web <\/em>due to the structure of the FAMIS AR database.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discussion on this item, to deprecate the screen with multiple actions needed to update a customer record, was only broached at a high level and also surfaced potential issues with FAMIS Screen 608. This will be corrected in <strong>FAMIS<\/strong><em>web<\/em> version 1.5, scheduled for release on March 10, 2026. If this feature is important to you, the current workaround is to create PCTs in Canopy. You can continue to use <strong>FAMIS<\/strong><em>web<\/em> for PCT approvals, even for those PCTs created in Canopy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACH (Automated Clearing House)
