FAMIS reports are now available in Laserfiche. The repository is TAMUS-FAMIS-ECM and contains over 2 years’ worth of converted reports from the prior repository. We converted the full history for a small subset of reports.
The repository can be accessed on the web:
FAMIS Services is enabling Laserfiche access for all Mobius/DDRINT users. Most users already have a NetID or AgNetID, which enables us to quickly establish this access. A small list of users will need to establish a NetID, which can then be used to setup the necessary Laserfiche access. FAMIS will assist in this setup once a NetID has been created. An email will be sent to this small group of users today, providing the instructions below for claiming a NetID, and explaining our steps once that is accomplished.
Accessing and Creating a NetID
The document below describes accessing the repository, navigation and explains folder structure which is organized differently than Mobius in some aspects. Please read carefully.
FAMIS Laserfiche Repository User Guide
We have established a Security form for new users to gain access to the Laserfiche Repository, and will process these when emailed to famis-security@tamus.edu:
