On December 13, 2018, we will implement the 2nd portion of the “CANOPY Login through SSO” changes. With these changes users will be required to use SSO to Login to CANOPY.
Please note that you will be required to use two-factor authentication via Duo for the CANOPY login, as with all other SSO applications.
To get started using SSO, we recommend that you enroll in two-factor authentication with SSO as soon as possible.
Beginning December 13, 2018:
Accessing the old CANOPY links will automatically redirect you to the SSO Login if you are not already logged in to SSO. If you are already logged in to SSO, you will be directed to the CANOPY application.
Users who have multiple FAMIS IDs (this is a small group of users), will be prompted to select the FAMIS ID you wish to log in with as below:
Some users may see the following screen. This will only occur when you are attempting to log in through SSO and your FAMIS ID is not available for use. If users receive this screen they should contact their local campus or agency FAMIS Security Administrator for assistance. FAMIS Help cannot reset passwords or provide access to users at the campus or agency level.
