System-Wide Contracting News

New

  • The RELLIS network as a service agreement with AT&T has been signed; all products and services available to RELLIS are available to each and every member of the Texas A&M University System. The agreement is available for your review and consideration

In Process

  • A new RFP for mobile application development has been posted

  • A&M System-wide Contracts Under Development

    • Interfolio has been approved by the A&M System IT governance groups as the sole system-wide solution for recruitment, hiring, tenure tracking and career and compensation; TAMU and PVAMU already have member agreements with Interfolio; this opt-in system-wide contract now enters the contract negotiation and implementation planning phase
    • Qualtrics provides feedback from customers, employees, and students; the System Offices has agreed to a system-wide agreement starting September 1; details to come
    • GoReact is a software tool to provide feedback on student videos; the system-side agreement is nearly finalized
