For SB 475, THECB will provide the three high value data sets to the open portal, which means the minimum requirement is being met for all Texas public institutions of higher ed
- DIR and THECB worked out an agreement for THECB to post the data sets
- Your institution(s) can submit more than the three high value data sets
- Remember, SB 475 sets the duties for each state agency / institution’s Data Management Officer, which include posting at least three high-value data sets as defined by Section 2054.1265
