- Qualtrics will provide members with software to manage the entire customer experience – from surveys, to insights and to action. A proposal has been distributed for review.
Projects
New
Workday (Project Helios)
- Configuration and unit testing of our second prototype (Prototype 2) continued.
- Prototype 2 Review Sessions will be held from November 16 through January 4 and will allow member SMEs to see how the A&M System’s Workday solution has developed since the Prototype 1 Review Sessions.
- The integration team continued working through their open items log.
- The reporting team has completed 14 of the 18 reports needed during Prototype 2 reviews.
