Projects
New
Project Helios
- As we near the end of the Architect phase, the functional team continued working on the A&M System’s process workbooks which document the process flows, steps and outputs, roles, notifications, regulatory and legal requirements, reports and open items for each process group. The team will finish the workbooks by the end of May.
- As we look toward the Configure and Prototype phase, the functional team has started configuring Workday based on the decisions made during the Business Process Workshops.
- The “Payroll Accounting Link” team is on target to finish designing the Workday to FAMIS link by the end of May.
- The integrations team continued to work on integration design documents and completed integration reviews with the FAMIS team. The team is also reaching out to our current HR, payroll and benefits vendors.
- The data conversion team began loading data from our current HR / payroll solution into Workday.
