Projects
New
Project Helios
- Configuration of our first prototype (Prototype 1) continued.
- Prototype 1 Review Sessions will be held from late July through late August and will allow the Business Process Workshop SMEs to see the Workday solution they designed during the workshops. In preparation for the review sessions, the functional team will be reviewing outstanding parking lot items with the SMEs in mid-July.
- Work has started to identify the first set of custom Workday reports we need to develop.
- The data conversion team reached the 100% mark of loading data needed for Prototype 1. The functional team continues to work with the data conversion team and members to check and validate our Prototype 1 data.
- The integrations team continued to review integration design documents.
- Retiring our current HR / Payroll tools:
- The “Payroll Accounting Link” team continued to prioritize tasks and work on detailed project plans.
- The Data Warehouse team continued mapping impacted fields to their Workday counterparts.
- Workday’s annual user conference (Workday Rising) is coming up in Chicago from September 26 – 29. Check out Workday Rising for more information. Several members of the project team will attend the conference.
